Coke Zone News: A change in the air
Hi Coke Zoners!
You might have noticed something a little different on Coke Zone today. Yep, that’s right – we’ve changed the look and feel of the site to make it even easier and more enjoyable to use. We’ve also changed the look of our blog!
In keeping with the theme of making Coke Zone a better experience for you all, we’ve listened to your requests that we respond quicker to your questions. That’s why from now on, if you want to comment on anything we’re doing, you can go to Twitter and speak to me in real-time! This means not waiting a long time for an answer, but a much faster response. So, if you have a comment you want to send through, you can just send it to @cokezone by visiting www.twitter.com, rather than posting it on here.
Does this mean the blog is shutting down?
Not at all! But from now on, my posts will be about Coke Zone news and the latest happenings in the world of Coca-Cola only. If you’re having issues with the site you can let me know directly via Twitter or contact Customer Services by clicking here.
What about the Quick Quizzes and competitions on the blog?
Fear not, they’re staying put! You will be able to reply on Twitter with your answer to the Quick Quizzes, and we will give you 30 mins notice before we post the questions on the blog. There’ll still be plenty of prizes to be won!
Why Twitter?
I spend a lot of time on there and it’ll be a lot quicker for you to get your comments and queries answered. Social media is the way forward and I want you all to be a part of the conversation!
